We offer transparent pricing and strive to make your shopping experience with us as seamless as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Delivery Times:

For most orders, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. However, some locations may take up to 14 days for delivery.

Please note that order fulfillment processing times may vary based on product availability and how your item is being shipped. The delivery time-frames you see at checkout are only estimates that include both processing and transit time, starting the day after your order is placed. If you have any queries about our shipping policy, feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer support team via email at info@speerotee.com.

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $35. This offer is valid for a limited time on all eligible orders placed online at Speerotee.com. To qualify, your order must be shipped within the U.S. via Standard Ground service. The order total is calculated after applying all discounts and does not include gift cards, e-gift cards, gift wrap, taxes, or shipping and handling fees. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Other costs: Orders under $35 will incur standard shipping charges based on your selected shipping method.

 

Please note at this time, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO Boxes or international addresses. Thank you for shopping with Speerotee.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Speerotee, we prioritize sustainability and quality, which is why we generally do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our policy below to understand the process and exceptions:

 

What is the return/exchange policy?
Unless the item is damaged, or order was incorrect, please note all sales are final and may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. This policy helps us minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact, as handling returns contributes to additional resource consumption and emissions.

If the item is damaged, or incorrect item was received, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at info@speerotee.com and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate an exchange, please complete the following steps:

Please email our team at info@speerotee.com to let us know you would like to initiate an exchange. We will help you through this process.

We will need the info about your original item and what you would like to exchange it for. Your new item will not be shipped to you until you provide us with the return tracking information. Please note we do not offer return shipping labels and this cost will be on you. Exchanges can take up to 7-14 business days, once we receive your old item. If your desired item is out of stock, then you can exchange it for an item of equal value.

Sizing and Fit:

To minimize the need for returns, we strongly encourage you to review our sizing guide and measure yourself before purchasing. If you have any questions about sizing, our customer service team is happy to assist.
